در ادامه باید متذکر شوم که شرکت های وارد کننده و فروشگاه های ساعت مخارج بالایی از قبیل مالیات، بیمه، آب، برق، تلفن، حقوق پرسنل و خرجهای متفرقه دارند و در سال گذشته مشکلات بسیاری را داشتیم که با امید به پروردگار انشاالله در سال جدید مسیر هموار گردد.
مشکل دیگری که در سال گذشته با آن مواجه شدیم نوسانات بیش از حد و بالا رفتن نرخ دلار و یورو و متوقف شدن استفاده از ارزهای دولتی از قبیل ارز نیما و ... بود که در نتیجه ساعتهایی که وارد میشدند با توجه به این شرایط بسیار گران قیمت گذاری میشدند و با توجه به اینکه خریداران ساعت اکثرا" از قشر کارمندان و حقوق بگیران بوده و با توجه به مشکلات مالی پیش آمده استطاعت خرید ساعتهای گران را نداشته و خواستار ساعتهای ارزان قیمت بوده اند مشکل بزرگی برای صنف ساعت به وجود آمد
و همچنین در زمینه خدمات پس از فروش نیز دچار مشکل گردیدیم چرا که وارد کننده های ساعت به دلیل تحریم ها حتی با DHL و یا پست نیز نمی توانند قطعات یدکی را از کشورهای مبدا وارد کنند در صورتیکه قبلا" قطعات یدکی و جعبه و گارانتی و استند و کلیه اقلام تبلیغاتی به همراه جنسهای سفارش گذاری شده ارسال و از گمرک ترخیص میگردید و به صاحبان آن تحویل داده میشد ولی در حال حاضر به دلیل ممنوع شدن ثبت سفارش این امر میسر نمیباشد و امیدواریم سال آینده با برطرف شدن این موانع سال خوبی برای کلیه وارد کنندگان ، تعمیر کاران، مغازه داران و کلیه افراد وابسته به این صنف باشد.

First of all allow me to thank all of my partners for their kind cooperation and endeavors and in particular the esteemed members of Tehran guild during the current year.
Unfortunately we experienced an unsuccessful year within the scope of our business during the year of 97. Due to lack of assistance in terms of " order registration" which is a very required factor in the field of goods importation, many missed out market opportunities actually. In order to get a rational solution over this case we visit those who are involved in this dilemma on a regular basis after every Tehran guild Monday General Meeting in order to collect constructive comments for a better solution in this regard. A comprehensive report has been provided out of distributors' views after holding twelve constructive meetings in order to put forward the case with authorities concerned. The report is set to initially lodge to chamber of guilds and thereafter Ministry of industry and mine. Since wrist watch manufacturing is not yet feasible in our country, we take it for granted that a promising solution would be offered soon by authorities concerned.
As I previously mentioned the companies used to import goods are still up but unable to cope with expenses such as insurance, employees' wages, consumable bills, etc. They really experienced difficult circumstances and still a heavy burden on their shoulders. With the help of God we are very much looking forward for a good news in this regard.
On the other hand very poor conversion of x-rate as well as its severe fluctuations could be considered as a big problem for importers. Since using state rate such as Nima's rate etc is stopped now whereby the importers inevitably were forced to increase prices accordingly. Unfortunately prices are not affordable and in return many people are not able to afford it due to poor power of purchase.
Last but not least, I would like to reiterate that very poor service in terms of aftermarket services is now turned into a problem. Due to embargo and a ban on " order registration" distributors are in lack of spare parts. They used to get relevant accessories together with shipment however it is not possible now to get spare parts even by courier.
A huge number of people within the scope of wrist watch career are very much looking forward to hearing good news through authorities concerned. They are eagerly looking forward to resume their job on a regular basis, shopkeepers, repairers and all of which affiliated to this profession.
